After placing your order, it will be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. After that, PostNL will deliver your package within 1 to 2 business days. In total, you can expect to receive your order within 2 to 4 business days (delivery to Belgium can take 1 to 2 days longer). The average delivery time in Germany is 2 to 4 business days after the order has been processed. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a track & trace code.

Registering a return is simple. Send an email to support@madamor.com with your order number and the reason for your return. You have 14 days after receiving your order to do so. After approval, you have an additional 14 days to actually send the item back to:
