When will I receive my order?
Once you have placed your order, it will be processed and shipped via PostNL within 1 to 2 business days. You will then usually receive your package within 1 to 2 business days. In total, you will therefore receive your order within 2 to 4 business days (delivery to Belgium may take 1 to 2 business days longer). The average delivery time in Germany is 2 to 4 business days after processing the order.
How do I return my items?
Registering a return is easy. Send an email to support@madamor.com with your order number and reason for return. You have 14 days after receiving your order to do this. After approval, you have another 14 days to actually return the item to:

Ensure the item is unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition. After receipt and inspection, you will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method.

I haven't received a track & trace code, now what?
Haven't received a track & trace code? First, check your spam or junk mail folder. Also, keep in mind that you receive the track & trace code when your order has been shipped, not immediately after placing your order. If you still haven't received anything after 3 business days, please contact us at support@madamor.com with your order number, and we will resolve this for you as soon as possible.
