Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal At Madamor you have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. After registering your return, you have an additional 14 days to actually send the product back. Within this period you may inspect and assess the item as you would in a physical store.

If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or functioning, we reserve the right to charge for any diminution in value.

Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unwashed, unworn and in its original condition.
  • Labels and packaging are, where reasonably possible, intact.
  • The return shipment includes the order number or the completed return form.

Returns without an order number or return form may experience delays in processing. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Return Costs The costs of returning an order are at the expense of the customer, unless the product:

  • Was delivered damaged, or
  • Does not correspond to the order.

In that case we will cover the return costs and arrange for replacement or refund. We advise using a traceable shipping method. Madamor is not liable for returns that are lost during transit.

Refund Upon receipt and inspection of your return shipment, you will receive a refund of the purchase amount within 14 days via the same payment method used to place the order.

In the case of a full return, the original outbound shipping costs will also be refunded. In the case of a partial return, shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

We may delay the refund until we have received the returned products, or until you have demonstrated that you have shipped the goods, whichever occurs first.

Exchanges Exchanges are unfortunately not possible. Would you like a different size or colour? Simply place a new order and return the original item via the procedure above.

Exceptions The following items are excluded from return:

  • Products that have been made to measure or according to your specifications, or that have been personalised.
  • Products whose seal has been broken for hygiene reasons (such as jewellery or personal care products).

These exceptions apply in accordance with Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code.
