Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Processing time is typically one to two business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a track & trace code so you can follow your shipment. Please note that processing time is separate from the carrier's delivery time.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Time
For deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium the following rates apply:
- Free shipping
The average delivery time within the Netherlands is 1 to 2 business days after processing of the order. Within Belgium it can take 1 to 2 days longer.
The following rates apply for deliveries in Germany:
- €3.99 shipping costs
The average delivery time within Germany is 2 to 4 business days after processing of the order.
During public holidays, sale periods or other busy periods, delivery times may vary. We do our utmost to minimise delays, but cannot be held liable for delays resulting from circumstances on the part of the carrier or beyond our control.
Packaging & Shipping All products are carefully packaged and shipped via PostNL. You will receive a confirmation email with a track & trace code once your order has been shipped, so you can easily track your shipment.
Address Details It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct and complete address details when placing an order. Madamor is not liable for delayed or lost shipments as a result of incorrect or incomplete address information.
Have you discovered an error in the address provided after placing your order? Please contact us as soon as possible at support@madamor.com. We will correct the details as long as the order has not yet been taken into processing.
Undelivered Packages If a package cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery. Additional shipping costs may be charged for a second delivery attempt.
If you choose to cancel the order in that case, the purchase amount will be refunded once the package has been received by us. Any shipping costs applicable to the original order will not be reimbursed.
Shipping Liability Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Madamor remains responsible for the delivery until the package has been delivered to you or to a collection point designated by you.
Has the carrier indicated that the package has been delivered, but have you not received it? Please contact us within seven calendar days so that we can initiate an investigation.
